Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

I didn't like Routes telling me damage to car before I accepted it, ie. dent listed as scratch. When I didn't agree and wanted the exact damages listed, counter staff got snippy. I had to request she acknowledge the damages and give me a copy of the form. This process took approximately 60 minutes.

“Locan Renters Not Allowed”

The staff was terrible. Only two people and their focus was on the phone, not the people in front of them.

You need to let people know that there are conditions for the rental of cars. Routes does not allow locals to rent cars from that location. Had to prove that the driver flew in using their flight reservation. Had I been a local this would have been a BIG problem.

The whole third party booking was a bit confusing. Instructions for pickup were not real clear. Routes definitely pushes add ons, insurance, i-pass, etc.
