We were given a Fiat CROSS, which is similar to an SUV and a station wagon. The tires are bigger than those of a regular sedan, and the chassis is slightly higher. The diesel engine is powerful and fuel-efficient. The car was very new, with only 5,500 kilometers on the odometer. We drove 3,500 kilometers with an average fuel consumption of 5 liters per 100 kilometers. There was a small paint chip about the size of a fingernail on the front hood, which was already noted on the delivery form when we picked up the car. The return inspection was very simple and completed within a few minutes.

Excellent car rental company. Both picking up and returning the car were very convenient, with simple procedures. The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. The counter is inside the airport, and a shuttle bus takes you to the parking lot for pick-up. We booked a seven-seater but got a Renault nine-seater diesel instead. The car was in good condition and very fuel-efficient. It sometimes felt underpowered on steep hills, but Turkey's roads are excellent, and we had no issues during the trip. Great rental experience, will come back to QEEQ for renting cars abroad.

They replaced my reservation with a better car because they rented my reserved car, but I took more than 30 minutes to finish the papers, and when I dropped off the car it was terrible because too much crowd and there is one employee to receive all the cars.
