Very satisfied, no upselling at all. Since the reserved car was unavailable, they upgraded us to the new Ford PUMA, which comes with CarPlay, Android Auto, heated seats, and a speed limiter. It's very convenient for city driving. The car was very new and clean, though the tire noise was quite noticeable. Because we drove to Germany, where there are unrestricted highways, we generally kept the speed around 170 km/h, which led to higher fuel consumption, approximately 8 liters per 100 km.

The front desk service was quite friendly, and both the pick-up and return processes were efficient.

It was actually Avis staff doing the rental for budget, but anyways everything went smoothly, when we finished with the documents we already had the car waiting for us so we could hit the road

Staff forgot to inform of road closures in airport, so returning the car took an extra 1/2 hour to find returns. But otherwise very efficient.
