Very good. I was unfamiliar with the area and couldn't find the shop at the airport. They kept guiding me patiently.

Both pickup and drop-off are at F4A, which is very convenient.

Again, please check the condition of the car especially music player. Driving 4-5 hours a day without music is very sleepy. With the cold weather and the sunshine, it was very very sleepy environment, haha.

please allow the car owner to contact us twice. once is 1 months before to make sure of car seats and ETC availability so we can bring it from out country if there’s none. second time is 3-7 days before the pickup so we can plan our trip and pick up location to reduce our traveling time wasted.

Very convenient and a great experience. The car even came with bottled water, tissues, and a charger.
