I wasn't sure what to expect, but I got a free upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The drop-off location was right next to the airport — super convenient. The car was spotless inside and out so That kind of smooth experience is rare these days. Loved the experience.

They upgraded us to an SUV, and the counter staff were bilingual in Chinese and English, so even if your English isn't great, it's no problem! The car was in excellent condition, and the service was super friendly—absolutely fantastic!
