The staff are quite professional. The only downside is that I can never get the car model I reserved, haha.

Initially, we went to a small counter on the first floor of the airport where several companies were represented, but there was only one person, so we had to wait in line forever. Later, the desk staff told us that if we were Alamo customers, we could go directly to the car pick-up point to handle everything. At first, we didn’t understand where the pick-up point was and spent a long time searching outside the airport. We even asked a police officer for help, and the officer eventually took me back to the desk to ask the staff members, and that's when we figured it out. On the bright side, we got a very positive impression of Dutch police—thumbs up!

Easy to find, and the service attitude is good. They only briefly suggested purchasing full insurance without much upselling, making the rental process smooth.
