Very noticeable when exiting the airport, the process was fast, the car was already started and had the AC on waiting outside. This whole process gets a perfect score.

The airport has a very prominent store. As I wasn't picking up the car on the first day, I specifically asked about some car pickup details, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Extremely satisfied. At around 3:00-4:00 AM, the staff proactively contacted me. We waited for our luggage for almost half an hour, and they waited there too with a very good attitude! When returning the car, it was busy, but the staff's attitude was still very good and they even drove us to the hotel. The service was impeccable and I am very satisfied! we got a car with smell smoke so strong. The staff informed us if we return with smell then they will charge us 5000 THB but why didn’t staff check the car before hand to the customer. Pick up car process also took long tike compare to another company.
