Fairly standard, the car condition was average.

It's okay, but they don't refund for early returns!

The pickup and return were very quick. They proactively informed me of the fuel type. The car was very clean and the inspection was thorough.

Picking up the car was fast, and the staff was very friendly. However, we had trouble returning the car because we couldn't find the lower level return point and circled around four times. Finally, we had to ask for help at the counter, where they told us we had to park in the designated return spot. We've rented from this company many times in Thailand, but this time we couldn't find the way down. Google navigation didn't help either. Later, I noticed the rental agreement had clear English instructions to follow the road signs one by one.

I am a regular customer and always get treated as one with great staff and great no-nonsense service.
