When picking up the car, I was told that the seven-seater business car I booked was a manual (even though I specifically noted automatic). They then replaced it with a Volvo XC40, but my luggage didn’t fit. The staff who handed over the car had already left for the day, and I was so anxious. Luckily, a kind guy helped me switch to a Mercedes B200, which managed to fit all the luggage.

Very satisfied! Got an upgrade to a BMW M3, the car was quite new, the process was simple, and returning the car was convenient!

Nice fast pick up with Kevin, was told all I needed to know n was on my way, drop off with Sam was just as smooth and a nice follow up call the next day from Elaine to check everything was ok, all good

Handy app with good prices

There was a glitch in the system between Qeeg and Enterprise at the time of picking the car up. The counter assistant was very helpful,but it looked like the wrong price on the booking agreement which worried us at the time. We weren't charged anymore which was a relief. We couldn't fault the staff or Qeeg, but the IT system did have a problem.

We are happy with the Qeeg booking, and the fact it was a good price.
