The overall service was excellent, and picking up the car was very convenient. You can take a shuttle bus directly from the airport exit to the rental location.
I booked a Budget car, but the pick-up store was inefficient. I waited in line for a long time on the first floor, only to be told that I could go directly to the second floor since all procedures were complete. However, when I got to the second floor, the staff asked me to go back to the first floor to handle it. After some argument, they eventually processed it on the second floor. It seemed like there was no communication between them, or the system notes were unclear. This was a very disappointing experience.
Budget and Avis are actually the same company. When I rented the car on July 4th, there was no one at the Budget counter, so everything was handled at the Avis counter. The clerk said the cars are the same, there's no difference in quality, just that Budget is a bit cheaper.
Had to change car on the second day, first car got a flat tire. Changed at another location without any problems other that Budget system update.
