The rental company's location is easy to find. Inside the airport, just follow the car rental signs and you’ll reach it. The staff at the company are very friendly. We arrived late, so our reserved car was rented out, but they immediately provided us with a vehicle that had a similar price and even better performance. The entire rental process went very smoothly. For returning the car, simply drive to the area near the airport with car return signs and follow them—it's very convenient. QEEQ's customer service is also very responsible, patiently answering all our questions. Thank you, will definitely come back again.

No upselling at all. However, I rented a BMW, paid for a BMW, but received a Suzuki. When I requested a replacement, they replied that they never had BMW X1s. If they don't have it, why is this model an option? Is this an issue with the rental company or QEEQ?

Initially, we went to a small counter on the first floor of the airport where several companies were represented, but there was only one person, so we had to wait in line forever. Later, the desk staff told us that if we were Alamo customers, we could go directly to the car pick-up point to handle everything. At first, we didn’t understand where the pick-up point was and spent a long time searching outside the airport. We even asked a police officer for help, and the officer eventually took me back to the desk to ask the staff members, and that's when we figured it out. On the bright side, we got a very positive impression of Dutch police—thumbs up!

Very satisfied with this rental experience. A brand new Mercedes CLA with only four thousand kilometers!
