Was very easy and the owner Panagiotis was a total gentleman!

Overall pretty good, pickup and drop-off were relatively smooth.

The reservation process was smooth and seamless, and the car's condition was decent. Any flaws were honestly disclosed during pickup.

The instructions were clear and accurate.

Car was ok, glad that received diesel car, what is more economical.

All good.

Staff and service was perfect. Booked 3 cars, 1 was new (6 day hire) 1 was almost new (7 day hire) and 1 was about 10 years old (3 day hire). Despite the old car which was rubbish (wobbly gearstick, dirty rear seats, window not working for passenger and the engine check came on) I would rent again. The other 2 cars were perfect and so was the staff and service. 2 out of 3 and I understand given the 3 day hire the worse car.
