Since I picked up the car in the morning, there was no one at the counter. Using the self-service pickup was a bit tricky. The staff's service attitude was great, but self-service pickup can be difficult if you don't speak English, so be aware.

Terrible experience. When picking up the car, they said there was a problem with my credit card and denied the rental. It took over three hours and was a waste of time. In the end, it turned out their POS machine had an issue. My credit card had no problems and worked perfectly for transactions everywhere in Tromsø.

The service was good, but make sure to inspect and photograph the car for records!!! When we returned the car, they said inspection wasn't necessary, but later claimed there were scratches. Luckily, we had full insurance, so it wasn't a big issue. The insurance payout was quick.
