The service attitude was excellent, the accident handling was efficient, there were no hidden charges, and the car was upgraded to an almost brand-new vehicle.
The staff's service was great, but the MG car was really disappointing. Especially when driving uphill, it made a loud roaring noise and couldn't handle the climb. The whole car felt bulky, and there was a strange smell inside the car. The smell was noticeable when first entering, but it faded after a while.
The car rental company is well-organized and has a large selection of vehicles. As soon as a car is returned, someone begins cleaning it.
