The staff provided excellent service, including airport pick-up and drop-off, and thoughtfully reminded us of driving precautions. We rented the car for 23 days and had a great driving experience, exploring both the east and west coasts of New Zealand's South Island. The car was in good condition, fuel-efficient, and worry-free.
Terrible! The staff consistently treated us with sarcastic and intimidating remarks. After the vehicle was involved in a traffic accident, they were unwilling to provide assistance, showed an extremely negative attitude, and were very proactive in deducting money. To date, we have not received the damage report from the insurance company. Additionally, the deposit for another vehicle that we drove normally and returned has not been refunded. Their service falls far behind compared to the other two international companies we used during this trip.
The car booked was a Porsche Cayenne and I was disappointed with the age/condition of the car.
During full lock of the steering wheel, the car kept making a low whining sound. The stereo/radio unit was damaged and was clearly glued back several times.
The aircon vents were also damaged.
Overall, I was disappointed in this car rental
