Excellent value... only thing was the pay damage first reimburse later insurance

Actually it is not so convenient to collect and drop off the car outside from airport given the big luggage we have. Besides, it will be better to provide the driver with full tank of fuel when we collect the car as we do not know how much we need to fuel up before we return. I would say this policy was unfair to the driver.

Everything is fine, however at that time, a staff is not friendly at pickup point. The rest is fine.

I had a great experience with Tamra car rental. The pick up and drop off process was quick and smooth. The car we hired was great and the staff were amazingly helpful. Thanks.

The GPS system didn’t run smoothly So I forgot it and use the phone for navigation.

The car was in good condition, but the best of Tamra is the manager which able to communicate in English makes the whole rental process so much easier. Korea is lacking one big thing is english speaking which will make their tourism even better. The car deals are also the cheapest you can book through the web.

First time using this platform, will give better comments if there is future use of this platform. Overall no problem in using this app.
