Rented a car in New Zealand through QEEQ and went with EZU, and the whole experience blew past my expectations. Pick-up and drop-off were super efficient, and the staff were warm, patient, and took the time to clearly explain local traffic rules and road conditions, which made me feel really at ease. The car was almost brand new, spotless inside, in excellent condition, and drove smoothly the whole way with zero issues, which really enhanced our South Island trip. Returning the car was quick and easy, and the service stayed genuinely friendly from start to finish. Next time I’m in New Zealand I’ll choose EZU again without a second thought, and I’ll definitely recommend them to my friends.

I rented a Previa and was upgraded to an Alphard for free. I was delayed a bit while picking up luggage at the airport, but the staff waited patiently for a long time. The pickup procedure was fairly simple, and the car came with a full tank. Overall, very satisfied.

EZU Duplicate charge my rental fee, after call to QEEQ customer service and EZU, got refund. But give me a bad experience and waste my time during travel.
