Very satisfied, the service was warm, convenient, and swift. However, you need to first complete the paperwork at the terminal building and then proceed to the parking lot to handle the car pickup, which is a bit inconvenient.

All the service terms were exactly as displayed on the website, with every charge clearly explained before making any transactions. The only downside is the mileage limit (the website shows 500 km/day, but it was actually 400 km/day when picking up the car). This mileage is not sufficient for a trip to the hot air balloon ride, as the round trip to the airport alone requires 650 km.
