The store is located inside the airport, it's a large company with a wide variety of vehicles and good vehicle conditions.

The booking and checking process was smooth. The staff at europcar were friendly and helpful. Had some difficulty in finding the car in Bay Area among sea of cars so can improve on this process if possible. We were offered a different car to one that was booked,but it was a good car in this case so no complaints.

Easy rent cars enabled us to get the best car and price so no complaints.

Overall we had a great experience. We had an issue with credit/debit and load and go cards both on pick up and drop off which was inconvenient and we were given different information. It was resolved well by the staff but it was inconvenient for us as customers.
