The overall service was decent. They contacted me in advance, and both picking up and returning the car were very convenient.

Great car rental experience. Kevin, a third-generation Chinese in Malaysia, was really nice. Our flight was delayed and we got the car at 8 PM, and he even upgraded us to a Toyota Vellfire. He did mention that if someone else booked it, we might have to switch cars later. But overall, it was a wonderful experience. We later switched to a brand-new Proton, with just over 1000 kilometers on it. Due to a delay in our sunset cruise by more than an hour, the rental company only charged us for an hour extra and even gave us a ride back to the hotel. The whole experience was excellent. By the way, gasoline is really cheap in Malaysia, about one-third of the price in our home country.

Easy to find staff upon arrival and smooth process.

The car pick up location mentioned a staff in red near Maybank , Langkawi airport isn’t very big , we couldn’t find the Maybank at all . End up we had to call the staff and then realise that it’s CIMB bank . Then why state Maybank ?

Like: Smooth handover. Great communication between Akmal and I.
Dislike: The aircon is not very cooling despite blasting them. But its only a minor issue. Other than that, fantastic!
