The service was enthusiastic and very good. I booked for 4 AM, and there was staff on duty.

Pickup was fast, and drop-off was also convenient! Compared to other companies, Little Yellow Chicken was more cautious during pickup and had many terms to sign, like what's included in the insurance, no smoking, and no eating durian! The thing that was a bit unacceptable was that there were numerous new BR-V cars at the pickup point, but I was given an old model with faded and chipped interior, a non-working Bluetooth, and a data cable that couldn't connect. However, as you know with Japanese cars, even after 120,000 kilometers, it still drives well!

The staff said adding an additional driver would cost 100 THB per day when picking up the car. Fortunately, no extra charges were applied when returning the car.

Overall the service staff were good & friendly. The car condition was not to my expectations as there too many dent marks. Car a little old.
