Easy access.

Standard expectations. Nothing special w the car. Everything was okay except the weird 6 level petrol tank rule. Full tank was 8 level. Usually rental car will provide you full tank and in return you do the same. I had to calculate and try to figure out how much petrol to put in to get to 6level of petrol. Ended up gifting extra 25%, returned the car w full tank because it just too much work to go figure out. It’s such a silly thing but so inconvenient. Enjoy the charity petrol.

Sherene and Mr Harry of sea safari were very prompt and friendly. Kept me inform the day before our flight and punctual during our arrival and departure when returning the rented car. Also sherene has helped us refer to Zaini of sea safari for our private boat tour at Kilim. Overall very memorable trip and pleasant services from sea safari. Thank u so much sea safari

Service the car slightly more. The car that was given (produa bezza), the passenger doors lock were not working. We had to manually open the lock from the driver's door everytime we parked.

Some directions at the airport to pickup point for arriving clients is needed. Had to get the airport concierge to call the company on our behalf however they came promptly

The car that we get every things look okay, was pretty good. the only thing that i wasn't accept was one side of the car tire was running flat, and the stuff told me this is normal. i found this is super dangerous, langkawi most of the road is up down hill and when 1 tire running flat is horrible slippery.
