Very good, responses were very prompt! Although the actual vehicle delivered was different from the one ordered, it met our needs so it's fine. There were no unexpected charges, and the deposit was returned in about two weeks. You can check for any fines on the Dubai police website.
Very satisfied, KTC's service was excellent. The rental staff were very cooperative, and when we forgot something in the car, they delivered it to the airport for free.
