Great experience. The staff couldn’t speak English, and I couldn’t speak Spanish, but communication was smooth using a translator. They provided a brand-new car with just 30km on the odometer. Amazing!

Very satisfied. The staff are highly professional. Initially, the car provided was relatively old, with a chipped spot on the front windshield. Requested a replacement and was smoothly switched to a car in great condition. Returning the car was also convenient, with a gas station located right next to the store.

Europcar charged me again after I finished using the car. Upon inquiry, I was told it was a system issue and they would process the refund on 2018/10/19. However, there has been no update and I have not received the refund. After submitting a second after-sales service request to Zuzuche, there was also no follow-up. I am very disappointed with this. I advise everyone to be extremely cautious when considering renting a car in South America.
