Great experience. The staff couldn’t speak English, and I couldn’t speak Spanish, but communication was smooth using a translator. They provided a brand-new car with just 30km on the odometer. Amazing!
Fácil la recogida y la devolución. Tuve un problema técnico con mi vehículo, pero me lo cambiaron por otro. Favor revisar el estado de las tuercas y pernos de los neumáticos antes de arrendar. En mi vehículo faltaban 2 tuercas en un neumático y casi tuvimos un accidente.

El ptoceso de devolucion es extrmadamaente lento. Deben revisar el auto, hacer papaeleo y volver a ingresar la trajeta de pago. Muy lento el proceso de devolucion. De no ir con tiempo, puerdo el vuelo
There were quite a few staff when we picked up the car at Punta Arenas airport, but none of them were professional. The process was very slow, despite the previous booking. After finishing the paperwork, we had to wait for another 15 minutes before the car arrived.
The opposite was experienced during the drop-off. The guy was quick and efficient.
