In September last year, they provided me with a car whose brake pads were severely worn and unsuitable for driving! After driving just over 50 kilometers out of London, I had to replace the brake pads, which disrupted my schedule for the entire day. We requested compensation, but there has been no response to this day!

The store didn't have the car I reserved, and I had to pay extra for a different one. I've never encountered this with other providers.

Rented an Opel, a diesel car with good power, clean, and comes with a navigation system. The driver met the requirements. Pickup was quick, and the return inspection was thorough, especially checking for tire damage.
