Efficient work

The front desk staff were very friendly and professional.

The car rental company provided excellent service. I had reserved a Mazda 2, but the rental company explained that they never had Mazda cars and that it was a labeling error on the QEEQ platform. However, they were willing to upgrade the vehicle's engine capacity, which made me very satisfied. The staff was friendly and had a great attitude. The rental location was easy to find—after picking up my luggage, it was on the left side of the lobby near Gate 1. The car was parked in the parking lot to the left of the exit, which was very close. Returning the car was also at the same location. As soon as I drove into the parking lot, a staff member approached to inspect the car. The inspection process was simple; after signing the form, I went to the rental desk in the airport lobby to hand over the form, signed another document, and I was done.

The car is new, in a good condition and the price is competitive. Overall I very impressed keep up the quality!

About the insurance scheme. Although I bought insurance, the staffs at the counter said if any accident happen I have to pay 5,000 Baht in advance and reclaim the amount back with Easyrentcars.com, which could be better if I don’t have to pay any in advance. (I didn’t use insurance though)

It seems to me that Thai Rent A Car takes advantage of the tourist, they charged us a fine of 5,000 baht because the boy who checked the vehicle in the delivery assured that he had smoked inside the car, the revision was done when it was still dark and had not left the sun and affirmed that there were some particles in the floor of the interior of the vehicle that showed that he had smoked inside. Although we denied having smoked inside, the boy told us that if they had smoked and that they did not return the bail that "was" 5,000 baht in a clear position of power since they had bail. We told him that we wanted to make a claim because we were not satisfied with his accusation and fine, but the boy told us that the claims could not be made until after the time of our departure from the flight, so we could not claim, we told him we wanted to warn the police and the same case, it would not arrive before our departure from the flight. I think they are abusing the tourist and this in the long term will harm them because at least we will not return.
