The counter staff were excellent, very helpful. The car was clean with no damage at all. Good service from Ecovia

No issues with the booking process. Have used QEEQ before and happy with the service. Unfortunately, there was no drop in hire price.

Staff at the counter keep pestering us to buy insurance and sounds confirmed the car will get stolen so must buy insurance from them so they won’t hold our deposit . I told them we brought and he insist ours is not covered , must buy theirs .

Fast act and received email from EasyRentCars after we called our insurance .

I have never waited so long to get a rental car in my entire life! Over 2 hours, with not many people in line. While I liked the car, it was too big for our purposes, but I was so exhausted from the long wait that I didn't want to exchange the vehicle. I vowed never to rent with Ecovia again! 1 hour into the wait with no movement in the line. Still have not received an explanation or apology for what took so long!

The counter was right at the airport and we found it quickly. The lady at the counter was uncomfortable, spoken in silence, and could not understand. In the end I got a completely different car than I had booked. Instead of picking up the car we also found quickly. The car was a little dusty inside but otherwise okay.

The customer servise was excelent.
