Car was great, but the computer system was down so it took us over an hour in line to get to counter to rent the car. There were about 20 people in line when we arrived and no one at any other counter in the airport

The car was a diesel that got very good gas mileage. The driver’s visor was broken when we picked up. Very satisfied with the service and car.

“We were not impressed having to wait in line for 3 HRS to get our car.”

“Biggest issue was finding the counter! Car was great!”

I got a great deal for a 10-day car rental! My little Mitsubishi Mirage was perfect for what I needed! Very economical! My biggest problem was actually finding the EZ/Advantage counter, but that might have something to do with where the shuttle dropped us off and the lack of proper signage.

“Why prepay?”

Arrived at the rental kiosk along with about 20 other people who had been waiting over an hour. We were all PREPAID but they had NO cars for us. This was a disaster.
