The staff initially wrote the pickup and return times as 19:00, which I corrected upon noticing. The car was not fully fueled, and when I pointed this out, the staff either didn't understand or pretended not to. They still marked the fuel level as full on the rental form. Given the late hour, I chose not to argue further.
