Overall, I am very satisfied with the service. The vehicle was very new, and the service attitude was excellent. When the vehicle broke down, it was very convenient and quick to replace it with a new one at the nearest service point. Returning the car was also very quick and convenient. The only drawback is that the Alamo counter in Las Vegas was slow in processing the car pickup.

Picking up and exchanging the car was easy, but the location for exchanging the car was hard to find with the GPS; we circled around before finding the entrance.

Good attitude, but kept pushing insurance and GPS.

We picked up the car at Las Vegas airport. A shuttle bus took us to the rental center where Alamo is located on the left as you enter. The staff asked a few simple questions like whether we needed a full tank of gas or insurance. After confirming our preferences, they quickly processed the paperwork. We then proceeded to choose a car and at the exit, our driving license was checked, and we handed over the pick-up slip issued at the counter. We started our Western USA trip in a Dodge Journey. For the return, we used Google Maps to navigate to the rental center. Upon arrival, we easily spotted the large return signs directing us to the Alamo return area. An enthusiastic employee waved us into a designated spot for inspection. We had already cleaned out our personal belongings from the car, and the return process was completed in three minutes. In summary, renting from Alamo was quick and convenient with no aggressive insurance upselling, and the service was excellent. We will choose Alamo again next time.
