Convenient and efficient

There was one person on duty at night. I picked up the car after resting at the hotel, and there were three staff members during the day.

Picking up the car was a smooth process. Staff was also very polite and service oriented. However, cleanliness of the car can be improved.

Very good platform to use as the price is much lower than if rented the car from the counter

Thai rent a car upgraded a Mitsubishi pajero for me, the car was clean, and new, the time spent on car pick up and drop off was about 10mins only, which was fast and smooth, staffs were nice and helpful, my experience with Thai Rent a Car was great.

Easy to rent, clear on pricing and t&c, provides super protection insurance option.

The worst thing is return area on BKK airport. No signs for ‘rental car return’ as on other airports. Because there is not a designated place to drop off the car. You just need to park it somewhere in the chaotic traffic jam of arrivals terminal, which took me almost an hour. Plus there is no gas station nor on the highway from Bangkok neither at the airport. You must find it somewhere on local roads. No one tells you of course :(
