After arriving at the agreed time, the store was nowhere to be found. I had to call for instructions, which wasted a lot of time. Additionally, they didn't adjust the rental period to account for the long wait. I ended up picking up the car close to 4 PM, but the rental document still stated a pickup time of 3 PM, and the return time was also set to 3 PM. This severely disrupted my schedule.

Upgraded me to an A4

You need to communicate via phone in English before renting the car. There's no dedicated staff at the rental location and no POS machine. They require credit card authorization in advance via email. I rented a Golf but got an Audi A4 instead. The final bill was confusing and I'm not sure which car's rental fee was charged. Fortunately, nothing went wrong after returning the car. Overall, it was okay.

Although it's a small airport, the staff were very friendly. Picking up the car was convenient; they even warmed up the car for us in the freezing weather. To return the car, just drop the key in the box.
