When picking up the car, even though I told the counter staff that I had purchased additional insurance from Zuzuche, they insisted that I buy comprehensive full coverage for 276 Euros. When I needed urgent help, they just said it was my negligence, so they didn't provide any support or assistance! Had to deal with the tow truck company myself, which cost 100 Euros. Very disappointed!!!
