Great car, but confusing and disrespectful service at pick up

Our experience at pick up was horrible. There were 4-5 other costumers present when we were, and all of them were angry and engaged in arguements with the counter staff. The terms and conditions misled me: I didn’t realise I needed a passport in addition to drivers licence photo card in order to collect the car. They let me have it anyway for an additional £300! I was tired and just went with it...

The store is at the Holiday Inn Heathrow Airport. They switched the car I originally booked and wanted to charge an upgrade fee. This feels like a rip-off, very unpleasant experience. I will not rent from this company again.

The car was fine it was as described. The problem was there was over an hours wait at Green Motion in picking up the car. The staff were apologetic but we have never waited this long to pick up a rental car before. Talking to other customers it seems this not unusual. Sorry , Cant recommend them to anyone else for this reason. They need to get more staff.

“Quick, easy, hassle free, great car”

Quick and easy service. The car was clean and had loads of great features. Also an upgrade from the Fiat 500, I got a Peugeot 208. Such great value for money. Friendly staff. No complaints from me.

Had never used Easy rent cars before, but will again, the price drop rebooking service was fantastic. So cheap that I cancelled my 1 day booking and extended it to 10.

Like: Apologetic for delay, great car and speedy drop off.
Dislike: Had new system put in which was on a constant go slow. Not the operators fault.
