The overall service at the store is excellent. I've used Avis in multiple countries, and this location has the best service. They go over the rental contract with you step by step. During business hours, car inspections are done in person upon return. The car condition is decent, although one rear-view mirror is slightly loose, it does not affect driving.

Very convenient and fast. Rented an Audi A3, a new car with 5000 kilometers. Comfortable to drive. However, there's a lack of detailed guidance, usually requiring the driver to figure things out by themselves.

The pickup location was very satisfactory. The drop-off location was average.
