Overall quick and efficient. The process was fast and I will use it again next time.

The car body had various repairs from the start, and it took a lot of time to take photos when picking up the car just in case. Unfortunately, when returning the car, new scratches were found, likely caused the day before returning. The damage inspector quickly identified it, as if they knew beforehand.

Very satisfied with the service attitude, commendable.

Talking to the staff felt like communicating with a machine. They kept repeating the same thing until I responded 'yes'. If there are difficulties communicating in Chinese, they could use English. Additionally, there was a lack of flexibility in their work, giving the impression they wanted to do the bare minimum, and they couldn't be bothered to say more than necessary. It felt like 'take it or leave it'.
