Great price and excellent service

1. After arriving at the airport, we had to take a shuttle train to another parking lot and wait for a car to pick us up, which was highly inconvenient. 2. The service process was extremely slow, staffed entirely by Indian workers. The reserved car model was unavailable, and they tried various excuses to persuade us to upgrade to a pricier option. After insisting, they reluctantly provided us with another car. 3. I rented for 8 days, but they required me to return to the store in 2 days to switch to the reserved model. The round trip to change the car took 1 hour, and even though we arrived at the agreed-upon time, we had to wait an additional hour for processing. The time, effort, and fuel spent on this were uncompensated, and we didn't even receive an apology. 4. When returning the car, we had to wait another hour. Several other customers we encountered mentioned they would never rent from this company again.

It was my first time renting a car abroad, and I was quite anxious. However, upon arriving in Toronto, we called the rental company and they quickly sent someone to pick us up. They even helped with our luggage and drove us to the office to complete the paperwork. It was very convenient and efficient, and soon we were driving the car they had picked us up in. Though it wasn't the exact model we had booked, the car was in good condition and clean. For the next half month, the car performed perfectly. We drove from Toronto to Quebec City, covering over 500 km without any issues. When it was time to return the car before our flight back home, we couldn't make it to the company's location on time, so we left the car at the hotel front desk near the airport and notified them. They agreed without any fuss and were very courteous. This allowed us to return home without any hassles. Overall, our first car rental experience was very pleasant. Thank you, QEEQ! The car wasn't in the best presentation upon pick up (was not cleaned) however, that being said it was a nice car, delivered to expectations for a normal rental and smooth drop off. Pick up was a bit confusing, but overall pleased with the hire.

The car was 4 years old with 77,000 kms - a bit old to be a rental - the engine was noisy and the car needed a tune up

The car was a little bit dumpy but the price was outstanding and that is what is most important to me . If you want to save money choose this rental, if you are picky I need a perfect and new car then go elsewhere .
