There are fewer tourists now, so not many people are renting cars. The queue takes 10-15 minutes.

We picked up the car at Las Vegas airport. A shuttle bus took us to the rental center where Alamo is located on the left as you enter. The staff asked a few simple questions like whether we needed a full tank of gas or insurance. After confirming our preferences, they quickly processed the paperwork. We then proceeded to choose a car and at the exit, our driving license was checked, and we handed over the pick-up slip issued at the counter. We started our Western USA trip in a Dodge Journey. For the return, we used Google Maps to navigate to the rental center. Upon arrival, we easily spotted the large return signs directing us to the Alamo return area. An enthusiastic employee waved us into a designated spot for inspection. We had already cleaned out our personal belongings from the car, and the return process was completed in three minutes. In summary, renting from Alamo was quick and convenient with no aggressive insurance upselling, and the service was excellent. We will choose Alamo again next time.

The store was satisfactory, but Alamo's customer service did not have Chinese-speaking staff in case of an accident. This caused a lot of stress and made communication difficult.

Renting a car is quite easy and the service is relatively friendly, although they are very persistent in selling a full tank of gas.
