We ordered an 8 seat van and had to make do with 2 4wd vehicles. It was very disappointing

I was charged twice for the one booking and even with credit card proof, I have to fight to get my money back.

Office location right on hotel entrance was bit bad as queue was pretty long. Only one computer in office but wo clerks. Why? Other was just standing there. Everythin went Well tho. No surprise costs afterwards and no discussion of earlier damages etc. Not allways like that.

The car was very expensive. Taking a longer period (2 weeks) we thought we would get a better deal. The insurance they tried to sell us at pick up was also grossely overpriced.
