Average. They said the car would be available at my hotel, but I had to go to the neighboring hotel to get it after finishing the paperwork at my own hotel. It took a while to find. Moreover, after getting the key at the neighboring hotel, it was a long walk to the parking lot.

The port pickup location displayed in the order has been closed for 5 years, and the information was not updated. We had to take a taxi to the airport to pick up the car. With only one day to explore, we spent half the day on car pickup. This was the worst experience!

The service was very rude. They treated European customers well, but I'm not sure why the attendant treated me poorly, possibly because of the nearby Chinese restaurants.
