The car was extremely old and in poor condition, struggling significantly on uphill roads.

Very easy and hassle free process of getting the car from the team. Minimal documentation work as well and quick handover of the car at the Phuket airport. Everything good about the car as well. Avoid this choice if you have another. Pick up time is very slow, almost 1 hour waiting. There is no pick up counter at domestics arrival hall, you have to walk to International terminal to find their counter. Sum up, avoid this choice if you have another.
