We rented the car for a total of 14 days and chose EASYPASS, thinking it would be charged based on actual usage. However, when returning the car, we were charged $18.49 per day for 10 days, totaling $184.98, while the actual toll fee was only $26.42. This unexplained charge is outrageous; it's just overcharging.

The actual car model provided did not match the reservation; They tried to charge extra fees; The service attitude of the local staff was average.

At the car rental spot next to NEWARK airport, we arrived around noon, and there were about 10 other customers waiting. With few staff members available, it took over an hour before our turn to process the rental.

When I returned the car and received an itemized receipt, it showed three separate amounts for various things like emergence road service, premium road service, etc. that I had never accepted, or even been asked to accept. The Dollar agent should be fired for her lies.
