The pickup was a bit slow, had to find the car myself. Fortunately, the inspection was thorough. A tire had a big nail in it, and they replaced the car for me.
There are many Indian staff in this company. They only smile at white people, not sure if they are jealous of Asians or something else, but their attitude is bad.
The process was very simple. When picking up the car, I just had to sign some papers and get the keys. When returning the car, I just handed over the keys and could leave. They charged a $70 pre-authorization before the rental.
The credit card charge was not consistent with the invoice amount; it was over 120 AUD more than the pending payment amount shown when booking through the car rental app. This large discrepancy is quite frustrating. I hope the displayed amount at the time of booking is closer to the actual payment amount.
The booking was really good. A larger car will be better but it was still a good car for a medium SUV.
It will be appreciated to confirm to the guest the car seat instead of saying that budget can’t confirm the availability.
