I think they almost always assess damage for cars that have full insurance! Our car had no scrapes or scratches, but they insisted the paint was damaged and needed evaluation! I think it might be related to us having purchased the super full insurance! I hope the rental company investigates this thoroughly!

They gave us a different car than stated in the reservation. It was falling apart from the get go (badly beat up and the wheel covers were affixed with plastic strips) and it smelled inside. We didn't realize we had made a few paint scruffs on the front bumper and they charged us 840 dollars essentially claiming they would have to change the front part, though no bumps had been made. Absolute fraudsters.

Like: Friendly helpful staff when picking up car even the guy in the service department saw us after taking the car struggling in the car park with GPS on phone and came over with a phone holder . Car less than one year old . Told us exactly what they were holding on our credit card and reversed the hold while we were there on drop off.
