We arrived at the car rental office a little after 9 PM and waited for over an hour. Meanwhile, the nearby Yesaway had already processed three or four groups. We were still waiting. We asked the staff if we could extend the return time from 4 PM to 5 PM, but they refused, citing that the downtown office closes at 4 PM. However, we later saw in the contract that the downtown office actually closes at 5:30 PM. The staff were very irresponsible.

It's important to check the car carefully before taking it. We drove to Hua Hin, a round trip of over 700 kilometers, and used 1300 baht worth of diesel. Very convenient, will use again.
