Downgraded car? Never heard of this before. Booked online but was told there were no cars available.

On the way to return the car, after refueling and washing it at a gas station, the car broke down. The steering wheel locked up and it was undrivable. The gas station staff couldn't figure it out either, and we had to get help from a nearby car dealership for repairs. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't reach the rental company, and they even said the car wasn't rented from them. Contacting the booking platform also didn't help as they couldn't reach the rental company. It's confusing how the information was listed on your website. To this day, I haven't received any response on whether the car was successfully retrieved.

It took around two months for the deposit to be refunded, and it was only done after my repeated email confirmations. Bad service.

Very fast service, staff explained everything in detail, and the car inspection at pickup was thorough. Efficient drop-off process, very satisfied with this self-drive trip in Turkey.

The service was very standardized, and the staff was very nice.
