Took far too long to pick up.

I RENTED A KIA SPORTAGE AND GOT A MITSHUBISHI OUTLANDER. NOT AS GOOD PRODUCT. WINDOWS WERE DIRTY. HAD TO ADD TIRE PRESSURE TO TIRES. FOX SHOULD DO A BETTER JOB IN PREPARATION OF RENTAL CAR. ALSO THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DON'T ANSWER THERE PHONES. NO ONE TO TALK TO WHEN NEEDED. I LEFT MY GLASSES AND SOME CHANGE IN CAR AT DROP OFF. WENT BACK LATER TO GET GLASSES. NOT IN CAR, AND DESKCLERK WOULD NOT LOOK IN LOST FOUND. SAID THEY WERE CLOSE FOR THEEVENING. WHAT! ALSODID NOT RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK FOR $150. HAD TO GO TO CREDIT CARD CO. FOR HELP.

Let’s start off with the wait of an HOUR to be assisted. There was only ONE person at the counter. Thalia or whatever her name is at the counter that was working on Friday May 3rd at 9:30am is HORRIBLE ! She lacks manners, very RUDE &disrespectful. Deposit for the rental is a THOUSAND DOLLAR HOLD !! Which is beyond ridiculous ! I’ve used many other places &the deposit was nothing Ofer 500$. Never again will I use fox rental services

Clerk "Evley" is one of the rudest persons I have ever dealt with. Thinks he knows it all when I showed him he didn't he still wanted to argue. Wouldn't help us until he heard me calling help line at 130 in the morning and I left it on speaker so he could hear that Easy rentals was also FOX. Thought us being stranded was the funniest thing.
