The staff were very thorough and patient in explaining everything without trying to upsell anything. However, telling you that any issue will result in compensation might scare beginners.
The two girls who greeted us were very nice, and the lady who handed over the car was very funny. It only took ten minutes to complete everything. The vehicle was very clean and almost new, with just about 10,000 kilometers on it. Their hospitality was excellent; just a few steps outside the door and you're there.
Like: Free upgrade when I was early and my car wasn't ready. So great!!! Also, my partner thought she lost some rings and your staff member walked to the wash bay and looked for me immediately.
