The service was great. I filled in the wrong time when placing the order, so there was a slight wait, but the procedures were handled quickly.

Honestly, it doesn't feel as convenient as the previous off-airport location. The current store is too small. Returning the car is also less convenient. It used to be easy to find the store, but now with returns at the airport, not being familiar with the area, I circled around several times before finding the drop-off point.

Extremely satisfied. At around 3:00-4:00 AM, the staff proactively contacted me. We waited for our luggage for almost half an hour, and they waited there too with a very good attitude! When returning the car, it was busy, but the staff's attitude was still very good and they even drove us to the hotel. The service was impeccable and I am very satisfied! 車の状態が思ってたより良かったし、大きめの車で快適だった。旅先でスマートフォンが壊れて返却30分前の電話ができなかったけど、返却場所のビルで返却を待っていてくれて嬉しかった。返却手続きが早くて良かった。
